Shackle Free Ministries

Shackle Free Ministries is a 501 (c)(e) Non-Profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between recovery and the church. Founder, Jarad Harper, has seen firsthand, not only from his 28 years in local and federal law enforcement, but also his 21 years in ministry, the true destruction that addiction brings to families, communities, and our nation. In the last 3 1/2 years, Jarad has served as the head of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Arkansas, where he realized law enforcement alone, was never going to arrest their way of this overdose epidemic, where 196 Americans are dying every day. In the last year, Jarad and his wife, Kelly, served as Recovery Pastors at Link Church in Clarksville, AR, where they saw 67 men and women give their hearts and lives to Jesus in just 9 months. They saw broken, addicts restored, and the lives of men and women radically transformed. Jarad and Kelly believe the local church is the stability, a church recovery program is the sustainability, and Jesus is the savior in helping recovery warriors maintain a healthy lifestyle of sobriety.
